Wine & Oil tasting

Like other regions in Italy, our land finds its typicality in its two productions of excellence, namely oil and wine. Two valuable elements for food and nutritional purposes (oil) and for purposes that are complementary to dishes or that have meditative scopes (wine). With the aid of simple notions, our taste itinerary will lead you to the discovery of these two products that share the same tasting techniques. In the case of oil, we will help you distinguish between entirely commercial products and healthy, genuine products symbolizing the excellence of our materials. In the case of wine, it will be an opportunity for those with little tasting experience to acquire useful information for evaluating the goodness of a wine (visual, olfactory and gustatory tasting). For those more experienced, information on the leading wine products of our region will be provided.

In both cases, we organize specific and targeted tastings with appropriate combinations of food.
